On a small ship cruise out of Juneau we encountered fantastic views like this waterfall on a regular basis. The ship was only 3 decks above the waterline so eye level views were the norm.

I would recommend a small ship cruise like we took in Alaska. Our cabin door opened on to the outside deck. The deck railing was 15-20 feet above the water. We woke up one morning and stepped on to deck to the view of this iceberg. #OnTheRoad
On a small ship cruise out of Juneau we encountered fantastic views like this on a regular basis. The ship was only 3 decks above the waterline. Our cabin door let us out directly onto the second deck with the rail only feet away. One morning we opened the door to this view. The Captain had parked the ship off this glacier while we slept. Boy, what a site to wake up to.
On a small ship cruise out of Juneau we encountered this water lily. Alaskan summer is short but we saw many flowers in bloom.
