"Our stay at this property was unfortunately disappointing and did not meet the expectations set by the listing.The most concerning issue was the presence of black mould in the bathroom and inside the AC units, which is unacceptable, especially in a warm climate where air conditioning is essential. This raised clear hygiene and health concerns.The jacuzzi, advertised as a key feature, was not usable during our stay due to poor water quality and technical issues (jets not functioning). This significantly reduced the overall value of the property.We also encountered safety-related issues, including damaged electrical sockets and exposed screws on the terrace. In addition, several parts of the property were poorly maintained: outdoor furniture was dirty and worn, the BBQ was not usable, and some equipment (e.g. fridge, remote control) was defective.Another point to be aware of is that certain aspects did not match the listing, such as the condition of the sunbeds and missing cushions.Communication with the property manager was not satisfactory. Instead of addressing the issues constructively, concerns were largely dismissed and promised fixes were not carried out during our stay.Overall, the property falls well below the advertised standard, and improvements in maintenance, cleanliness and guest support are clearly needed."

"Rooms were basic but very clean, and staff were very helpful. Especially Fernando, who checked us on and out of hotel, also dealt with any problems we had. We were bed only, so cannot comment on breakfast. Excellent location, able to walk to all bars and restaurants. Would have liked to have an area we could sit outside, as pool was closed on our visit. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again."
