The reception staff are excellent. They are always pleasant and very helpful. Elena and Jazmin went out of their way for us. All the staff around the hotel are polite and friendly. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 12 because it was so good and in a great position to explore the area on good roads.

Lovely hotel with stunning sea views . I watched the sunrise from the balcony which was spectacular. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and spacious. Balcony spacious too. Shower gel and shampoo provided . Lovely pool with chute for children . Entertainment was ok . Bus right outside the hotel to go to La Mata or Torrevieja. Little shop selling bread milk and alcohol few yards from hotel . Drinks at hotel very reasonable 6 euro for a pina colada . Buffet breakfast very good with gluten free options and decaf coffee of which I need both . I would definitely stay again

Nice hotel in a good location.

Hotel was great, we took room only as wanted to explore the area and eat at lical restaurants, however, the dining facilities at the hotel did look good. The room was a little basic, no tea or coffee making facilities but clean and comfortable, great air con too as the weather was very hot during our stay. Drinks were well priced although only one draught beer on tap, and there was nightly entertainment aimed for the children. Very close to the beach too. Overall a good stay and worth the cost.
