The room has a Moldy smell. Valuable Safe Door would not close, so it is a tripping hazard. Phone in the room didn't work, found out it was unplugged along with the alarm clock. Has new Granite Table Tops and none of them are attached to the Tables and the Granite Table Top on the Computer Desk is on backwards so the front edge is very rough and sharp and can cut somebody, neefs to be rotated 180 degrees. The Freezer in the Refrigerator needs to be defrosted. This was all in Room #107.

They need new cleaning staff. The sheets and towels had stains, the bathtub and one of the beds and hair in it, the floor was sticky and the blinds dusty. There were dent in the outside of the door and we could hear the neighbor’s every move. Luckily we had brought our camping gear so that we could camp out in the room because it was hard to find an open room in cedar city.

The staff was nice but the rooms floor was absolutely filthy! We had to wear shoes anytime we were out of our beds. They tried to make the place look nice but couldn’t get over the fact of the dirty floors and wondering what else was that filthy!!

I understand you get what you pay for, but not only was the location a little sketchy but the staff was incredibly rude. Rude over the phone when asking questions about an early check-in a week before, and rude in person when we showed up for our APPROVED early check in. We would’ve probably stayed here even with the issue we faced when we showed up but the staff’s attitude killed it for us. We left and got a different hotel.

We stayed in a remodeled room. Beds and linen had not been updated. Location was out by itself with no restaurants near. New TV was not programmed. but great TV. Ice machine was out of order.

The Room was dirty. The floor looked as if it wasn’t swept or mopped. The toilet seat was about to fall off. Room has a hot tub in it that had hair and dirt in it. When plugging in phone charger behind nightstand discovered chips on the floor that were covered in dirt. Plus upon check in the lady at the front said I had to pay a 50 dollar deposit due to paying on line. If this room was refundable I would’ve went somewhere else.

I didn’t stay at this hotel. They still charged me because of the 24 hour cancellation policy, but when I saw the condition of the hotel and the surrounding properties I would never stay there with my kids. The on-line pictures are incredibly misleading. Don’t book here.
