The rooms were so spacious and clean! Great coffee and tea selection. Comfortable and big bed with great linens. The spa was ok, as the sauna and steam room were not very hot! Everything else was perfect!! Walkable to town for supper and drinks!

Travelers thinking about exploring Castleisland, are advised to pre-plan, because there's not a vast number of room options in close proximity to where the locals are in Castleisland.
A terrific option if you and your family need to base yourself nice and close to the town center of Castleisland, is the River Island Hotel.
The Ashe Hotel is about 11 miles (17 kilometers) from the downtown precinct of Castleisland. If you would prefer another option, the Meadowlands Hotel is located 10 miles (17 kilometers) away. Two more options worth checking out include the McMahon Guest House as well as the Kerry Lee Self Catering.
Tralee is 11 miles (17 kilometers) west of Castleisland and is home to Aqua Dome, St. John's Parish and Ardfert Cathedral.
