Beautiful hotel in the center, easy walking to all the sights and restaurants. Only complaint was that for a 5 star hotel we were not offered assistance with our bags and there was no nightly turn down service. Music in the breakfast area/ lobby was too loud.

The only downside is that they unfortunately don’t provide water in the bedrooms, there’s a freezer but nothing is provided inside and the machines in the reception don’t accept card payment. Management should review this, since to provide a couple of water bottles to guests doesn’t cost too much. This made me take out one star of the review as it was very annoying. "
