"Chegamos no quarto para uma estadia, nos colocaram num quarto bom porém com ar condicionado com defeitos. Percebemos quando chegamos mais tarde, disseram que nada poderia ser feito, não foi oferecido outro quarto. Disseram que levariam cobertas em 1 hora tivemos que insistir para levarem na hora. Informaram que não há atendimento noturno. Ótimo limpeza do quarto, chuveiro boné café da manhã."

Pero las piscinas quedan lejos de las habitaciones entonces les recomiendo llevar una bata para evitar tener frío al estar mojados! "We love this hotel, my second time staying with friends and family. Everyone is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. Great pool and Spa service. The restaurant is good but not great. I just wish they had a better menu for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is always great."

"Breakfast was a lot better last year and the year before, they have less hot food, no potatoes,, bread somedays seamed hard like it was made 4 days ago They do have an omlet maker but only ham cheese and tomato too put in. The rooms are really nice with a living room and 2 tvs in room. Pool is heated with an indoor that leads to outside. There is valet parking at $R50 a day"
