"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff and service was superb, they were helpful, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel is a fantastic building, with nods to the train station throughout the decor. The room was fantastic, with every comfort catered for. It was very quiet, despite being attached to the train station (we had a river view room). There is a concierge service to park your car in a nearby garage at the cruise ship dock, for a very reasonable daily fee. 23 didn’t take the breakfast so can’t comment on the food. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
