Room itself was super clean and staff was awesome but our room in particular was extra loud. Most of the rooms have double panned windows but ours was closest to the street and had wooden door like windows that let all the sounds in. Gave us a 1-bed instead of 2-bed. So one person had to sleep on floor. Didn’t have enough towels for us. And we were told we couldn’t check in at 3 pm because they weren’t ready with rooms
