This hotel should be 3 star max. Its not an 4 start hotel at all. Parking was a disaster and took me 50 minutes to find a parking spot. Rude front desk and AC in the room was very noisy. looked for parking for 50 minutes and went to front desk a few times about the parking issue, he kept saying look more or find a parking spot out side of hotel area.

This was our first time here and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. The room was spacious and the ocean view was really nice. The bathroom was clean as was the rest of the room. Loved the king bed with fresh sheets and big pillows. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs. The beach is right across the street although access is down a ways. Would definitely recommend.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed. I selected this hotel so my son could swim and we could jacuzzi innthe evening. I would have booked a different hotel had I known. Should disclose this prior to letting people book or discount. Since we couldn't swim, we decided to tey to watch a movie the TV was unplugged. Plugged it back in and there was no remote. Couldn't change the volume or channel. Or turn it off.
