Wonderful property right on the beach near town. We loved the room and amenities, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff, ocean view from our room. It rained alot while we were there, and we'd recommend in putting in some type of drain so there isn't always a puddle at the bottom of the stairs leading to room #45. I wish the internet access was secure. Our Netflix account was hacked a number of times after we stayed at a different resort in Mexico so now we're alot more careful. More premium movie channels would be nice.

Likes: Our room overlooked the beach. The staff were very friendly. Dislikes: No elevator or ramps and lots of stairs, so not suitable for handicapped persons. Housekeeping was not proactive; we stayed for 4 weeks and had to ask every time we needed something. Kitchen area was far too small for use by long-term guests and no kitchen utensils were provided. Toilet did not flush properly. On-site parking is expensive. A lot of noise from guests in adjoining rooms. Breakfast options very limited. Pool area exposed to cool ocean breeze.

Front desk staff was amazing upon check in. Location was relaxing. Room was very big and fit my family comfortably. Games for check out to play in the room or any other area. Pool is heated with many fireplace locations to watch sunset. Hot cocoa at night in the front desk area. Daily breakfast had different selections every morning. We loved this place!!! Hope to stay here another time.

Spacious, modern room with thoughtfully placed furniture. We watched the Superbowl on the large TV with the view of the sunset from our room. Just a gorgeous experience. And Senor Grubby's which had surprisingly good Mexican food, is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Andrea was especially nice and helpful. We greatly appreciated that our beds were made each day, a throwback to pre-covid days. Negative: It was frustrating to keep hearing about special prices at the Inn that we couldn't get because we had already paid full price. Perhaps it would be wise to consider the adage: A bird in the hand....?

I like the environment a lot. I like Carl, the Asian American young man who provided excellent courtesy and service. I don't like how expensive the amenities are, no matter how beautiful the location, $45 a day is beyond expensive.
