Room was clean and tidy. Could have done with more pillows but that was a personal preference and could have been addressed if I had asked for more so no reflection on the hotel. Breakfast was good, hot and plenty of choice. Items were replenished quickly and staff very efficient. Only complaint would be that there was not always someone at the welcome desk when assistance was required but when there was someone they were very helpful.

Moldy areas of window frame and the place smells musty as soon as you walk in. My son was having coughing fits. Staff was mediocre (I get that English people aren't as warm and fuzzy as other people, but...I didn't feel like anyone was happy we were spending money there).
