This property was super clean, however, we did have noise about us running and jumping until about midnight and then it started again at 6am, which in turn work the kiddos in our room. We tried to call the front desk but the phone wouldn’t work. Went downstairs and they didn’t do anything about it.

One of the best hotels to stay in near SIU

Great hotel to stay in when I go visit SIU. I have stayed in a few hotels in yhe area and by far this one is one of the best. Friendly staff, clean, beds and comfortable and always feel safe staying there. Breakfast is also very good.

One Night but Nice Hotel

We would stay at this hotel again. Trinia who checked us in was kind, welcoming, and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The only little downside was the elevator floors needed cleaning even after we were there over night. Also, not sure who the young man who was on the floor the late evening we checked in but he was cleaning rooms and my bag strap broke and he was so sweet and kind and helped me to my room. This little simple thing was well appreciated and deserves to be recognized.

Pleasant Experience

Such a pleasant experience! We were greeted by a lovely gal at the desk. She explained the amenities offered, breakfast service, and recommended a great restaurant near by; 17th Street BBQ. The breakfast was amazing, eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, pastry, etc. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Wonderful Stay
