I can only assume she is not use to dealing with international clientele and inclusivity. I had to ask for the manager who immediately addressed my issue and he was able to deal with my intial request which I had emailed 3 weeks prior for early check in. I was very impressed with my room which overlooked the beach and it the room had a fridge, air conditioning and bathroom was finished to a high standard. The cleaning was thorough and the team very attentive. Always smiling and friendly which was a deep constrast to the intial receptionist I encountered. Breakfast was part of our package, the produce was of a high quality and is buffet style. The locality is beach facing, within two minutes walk of the town centre, lots of restaurants and shops. Airport is about 16 minutes drive and I would recommend Uber. I would certainly return and would recommend the hotel to fellow travellers."
