"We stayed here for the night as we passed through on our travels. It is an old building, originally from the 1890s according to google. The room was clean and smelled good on entry. The beds were made and crisp clean sheets. All of the lights worked, there was coffee, tea, milk, a jug and refrigerator. The toilet had a piece broken on the lip but didn't affect operation. For an old place it was very well presented and had its charm. Better than a lot of newer places i have stayed. I wish the pool would have been opened, but not a big deal for a one night stay. For me the double bed was to soft and uncomfortable, the single beds, the kids said were to hard, but a mattress is personal preference so won't knock off points for that. The food was delicious and well priced for a good portion, i had the meat platter and fougt to get the last couple of bites down, but i did it. Will probably stop again sometime for a feed if we dont stay the night. "
