I spent a month with my 80 year old mom and the house was everything we wanted. The kitchen is outfitted with everything I would ever need and I love to cook so I appreciated all the little gadgets. The pool area has comfortable furnishing whether you’d like to enjoy a dinner outside, sunbath or relax. The heated pool was a plus for my mom and we spent a lot of time in it. The bathroom access from the patio was great so we didn’t need to walk wet across the whole house. The management company was helpful and the neighbors on either side were very nice and friendly. The only thing missing is a guest book to leave comments for the owners. I was lucky enough to meet them and tell the how much we enjoyed our stay but it would be nice to leave a note. If you are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this beautiful house. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Great house and view from lsnai

We really enjoyed our stay at this new house. The house is beautiful and well appointed and bigger than we expected. It was very clean and bright. The lanai is lovely and the canal offers a nice view, The pool was set at 86 but it felt much cooler. Our only problem was the check out inspection. They did not show up on time and we waited for over an hour. We finally had to leave because of other plans. I left 3 messages and wasn’t contacted until after we left. The agent we worked with had been wonderful in answering all my questions before our arrival. It is too bad that the end of our stay was so frustrating, That being said, I would still recommend this house and would stay there again.
