"Excellent holiday villa, it is as per the photos, very welll looked after and well equipped. It is close to Jávea beach and has a number of good restaurants in walking distance. A small welcome pack was provided which is a lovely touch and there is a comprehensive welcome guide to the villa which is very useful. Overall would happily return and all the 5 star reviews are correct."

"Pascales property is located in a quiet, peaceful area a short drive from Javea and it amenities. Quite simply the views and general outlook of the villa are stunning. As a family we particularly enjoyed sitting on the upper terrace with our evening meal, taking in the scenery. The pool area is well thought out with shower and toilet facilities on the same level, and the bedrooms are spaced over 2 floors giving guests a sense of privacy. Pascale is a very communicative host, and a easy to talk to. Thank you for a great holiday, Pascale, lots of laughter was had and memories made. Merci.."

"We have just returned from a week in this fantastic villa. We have stayed in many villas in Europe over the past 20 years and this rates as one of the best. The outdoor space and facilities are so well thought out with everything you need. The outdoor kitchen and dining area is 5*There are enough sunbeds for everyone, the pool was so clean and a god send in the recent heat.You need a car to get about, but that is almost always the case for villa holidays and car hire in Spain in really reasonable compare to other European countries.In terms of the bedrooms and bathrooms they were all great. Only thing is that there is only wardrobe space in one room, as the owners have belongings locked in the wardrobes of other rooms, but there are hanging rails and plenty of drawers to store clothes. I would highly recommend this Villa and certainly consider going again."

"The pictures of the villa are exactly what we found on arrival. We were a party of 7 with grandchildren aged 19 16 and 4 years old and there was plenty to keep everybody entertained. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and made preparing meals a breeze. Nick was an excellent host and exceedingly helpful answering any questions. We had a wonderful holiday and my family are keen to return. "

"Everything is just as shown on the pictures. Swimming pool is large and deep enough for jumping. Kitchen is well eqipped, with all the utensils you might need and a nice Delonghi coffee machine. BBQ area has an amazing chilling vibe - just put some music on, open a cold beer from a separate outdoor fridge and enjoy. If I had to find any flaws, then some people in my group complained about the mattresses being a bit stiff. TV could also use an upgrade I guess (there's one dead pixel on the screen), but there's much more better things to do while there than watching TV anyways.We were there with infants and baby cots were available. Neighborhood is also quite calm and good for walks with strollers. A lot of beautiful viewpoints are within a few kilometers. Nevertheless, car is absolutely required here, so be sure to rent something."
