We appreciated the responsive and welcoming the staff! The room was quiet and just the right size. During our two week stay, we made good use of the laundry room and the walking trails and the pleasant shops and resaurants in downtown Campbell.

Newly remodeled, very clean and modern, room is good sized with cooking equipment, the area is nice and a lot of shopping and restaurants in a short distance. Definitely will stay again if in the area.

I was staying because I had a medical procedure at a nearby facility and knew I'd benefit from having a room with a small kitchenette that would allow me to do what I needed to very early in the AM, since restaurants and stores would be closed. But I also liked the availability of drawers and closet space that let me organize what I needed to for the procedure, before my appointment and afterwards. I would stay there again should I need to be in the area for a future happening, whether that's a concert, game, or other event happening in the South Bay area.

The window blind rod fell off when we tried to close it, the tub faucet broke, they moved us to a different room to find hair in the bed. The hotel is outdated and need remodeling. Cleanliness is an issue too.
