So first the good things. It's a decent size place, clean, and in a safe neighbourhood.
Now the issues. It wasn't clear this was a basement apartment when we booked. We thought it was a house rental. Next we heard dogs barking and footsteps stomping upstairs. We had to complain and after that it quieted down somewhat although we would get the odd bark and thump in the middle of the night which was jarring. Be aware there is no a/c. Somehow we missed that in the listing so most likely that's our fault. Temperature was around 24-25c in the apartment so not terrible. What was concerning was the rental lists "onsite parking" which isn't true. There is no onsite parking. There is only street parking. This was very upsetting as we had a rental car and so was one of the main reasons we chose this rental spot for safety. Luckily the neighbourhood is quiet and relatively safe but still we ended up having to park 1-2 blocks away several times due to street parking being completely full outside our unit. This was especially uncomfortable when having to walk 2 blocks with our luggage to our car. Texting worked to get support. Messaging support through the app did not. Also there are no instructions on using the laundry machines, coffee machines, internet, within the unit. These items had delays on them to start which are not standard so took a few minutes to figure out. The internet and unit instructions I had to text for. The in-suit contact card doesn't work.
