The hot tub needed to be cleaned there was film build up and the steam room wasn’t working. We had to change hotel rooms in the middle of the night because a vent fell out of the roof. The second room had staining on the floor and some of the door. The beds were super comfortable and the access around was great.

I booked three rooms and stayed with my family, including children. Overall, the stay was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I was surprised to be charged $25 per TV, which I found unusual, especially since we had kids and had no other choice but to use it. It would be helpful if this fee was mentioned clearly in advance. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Heat / Air conditioner was broken in the room. I had to sit by the open window from 3:00 am - 5:00 am to cool off. The air condition would just generate heat and would not turn off. Front desk, when told about the issue simply said… “thanks, I will let someone know”!
