Staff was courteous, room was clean but very small compared to most. I had to stand beside the toilet to close bathroom door because bathroom was small. We picked that hotel because we like to swim, the pool didn’t open until 9 am , by then we were gone . Should open at 7 or 7:30.

Very Kind employee's that I met in all Departments at this location. Very clean room and all amenities fully stocked. Nice selection of coffee's and tea's in room; aswell as numerous Channel's I was not even aware of including Disney (for families; yea!!!). They do have a business centre but no printer: that has to be done at the desk. The room I stayed in the lamps did not work by the bedside; lightbulbs must need changing, and there was no phone use from my room available, even to check for messages at the front desk. Beautiful selection in the continental breakfast available. Would recommend to others.

Room was great, clean, modern. Bed was awesome. Staff were all very professional and friendly. The only thing I did not like is the bathroom! Made for short small people, hot water was hit and miss, Toilet was too low and up against the counter and the toilet leaked all the time (I did not hear it from the main room). Thank you
