2nd time staying at this property. Hotel is great but the staff this time around was not as hospitable as when the hotel first opened. Drove from Winnipeg and had to leave early in the AM. Waited 25min or so to get checked out cause no one was at the counter with no sign indicating that. Decided to leave sticky note with room number and key to checkout. Front desk lady ended up catching me before heading out and got checked out. Waited another 10min to get checked out and at the end lecturing me that I can just leave the keys behind and don't need to do what I was doing. Had issue with the check in as well with the staff.

If I could give the staff 10/10 I would. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights and this is the second time we have stayed there. Staycation. The only complaint is swimming lessons in a very small pool although the instructor did stay mostly to one side and we were respectful of her area. I understood this in Covid times but not so much anymore. There was a group of boys there for a birthday party and they were so loud and disrespectful of others that everyone else cleared out. This should be dealt with by staff. They could definitely hear the noise. I would still stay again.
