This hotel is located in a convenient location, close to the Chinook Mall, restaurants, Churches and Heritage Park. The room was clean and the beds comfortabe with large comfy pillows. Breakfast was the same each day but acceptable. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially Angela who went above and beyond her duties to answer any questions we had about our location. She also helped us to discover several places of interest in Calgary. There was one staff member, Tammy who was quite nasty to me and my granddaughter, when we asked her for water, she refused saying that we should have enough in our room! We would strongly advise others to try and avoid any interaction with her. On the whole, we would recommend this hotel to everyone especially if you are a first time visitor to Calgary!

We stayed here recently. The room and bathroom were clean, which we appreciated. However, there were some areas of disappointment. The breakfast was not great, with very limited options for vegetarians. The room was also not soundproof, and I could clearly hear water sounds from the neighboring bathroom. Additionally, when we requested extra water bottles, the reception informed us that only two bottles per day could be provided, and we would have to buy any extra, which felt inconvenient for guests. Overall, while cleanliness was good, the service and facilities could definitely be improved.
