Overnight stay with no problems at all.

Stayed one night and everything was fine. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a good restaurant right next to the hotel. The free breakfast had several options. No problems at all and would stay here again.

Near highway, but couldn’t hear it at all. Luckily we were on this end of Ft Madison as the Mississippi bridge was closed and we had to go through Keokuk to get to Illinois. Nice hotel with very friendly staff.

Was hoping to enjoy the hot tub and pool..but the hot tub was out of service for our stay and the pool had loud kids playing around anyway @ 9pm..pool closes at 10 pm. The hot tub was rhe main reason for us deciding to stay here..disappointed.. pool and spa should have adult hours..how else are we to relax?

Everything was great except on check out there was no one at the front desk. I thought this kind of strange. I gave my room key to a member of the housekeeping staff who was outside on a smoke break.

Staff was responsive & kind. We were given a key to a room that already had someone’s things in it, obviously this was corrected quickly. Sheets on the roll away were dirty, comforters on the beds were stained and looked gross. Killed several spiders and bugs in our room. Breakfast was not great but ok. Overall, appearance was clean- just old and needs some updating. Pool was nice and looked pretty clean.

Tornado's or Not - Great Place!

Even though we had to take shelter, literally 10 minutes after check in due to a "Real Tornado" and a power outage of 9 hours. The Hotel Staff were great!

Stay was pleasant and rooms were comfortable. Had a major family emergency and had to stay at a local hotel , but the last day I was staying the manager told the desk clerk to not allow me to renew my room because I was local ? I was forced to explain my very sensitive and private situation just so I could pay for another night the same way everyone else staying there had. Thie desk clerk handled it very well and was so polite. Shame on the manager for that !! I had two young children with me and it upset me so badly.
