The location was great for us as we were heading south to Calif. Very easy check-in using the Expedia app. Staff was welcoming, the room was very clean. Not the quietest location, but we slept well on the comfortable bed. It was a good stay for one night.

The bed was fine and the room clean. Simple maintenance issues like spackling holes an touching up paint, caulking around the tub and toilet and worn out weatherstrip on the entry door that lets in noise and bugs and wind. These are simple and inexpensive to remedy but leave a much better impression at the end of the stay. Traffic noise was atrocious. There seems to be a lot of vehicles that have to let you know they are loud and proud as they rocket away from the stop light in front of the property. Would not stay here again.

The front desk clerk was rude with guests, even audibly swearing about them in front of other guests. HORRIBLE ROAD NOISE. You can hear every car that drives by through the entire night, as it’s right off the highway. The room itself was dirty. A used tissue was left covering the door peep hole, used tape all over the walls. Sand and grime in the bathroom/sink area.

My son left his GoPro camera in the room. The housekeeper was honest and turned it in to hotel manager, who promptly contacted us to let us know they had it ready for pick up! Excellent customer service. Ty. Would stay here again when in Harbor.

The bed was very comfortable. Towels were a little thicker than you often see at a motel, so that was nice; however, the bathmat was incredibly dirty/stained and should have been retired for a new one. A few of the flooring tiles in the bathroom were loose. Sink area could use an upgrade to match the rest of the room. Some road noise due to being right on the highway, but we expected that when booking. Otherwise, it was fine and met our needs.
