Simply the most aesthetically pleasing hotel that I’ve ever enjoyed! Wonderful attention to detail, super clean and very comfortable bed and sheets. Adorable bathroom too! Spent 2 night, had the best BBQ food next door for a casual dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel again!

Staff was top notch. Nice renovation of 3 ancient factories. My wife said she wishes the floors and walls were thciker due to noise transmission, I didn't notice. The bathrooms are very nice, the large king bed could have been more firm for us. The roof top bar and the BBQ restaurant are crazy good. Very walkable, bagels across the street.

Super cute boutique hotel with spacious rooms and great restaurant next door. Roof top bar too. We stayed here for a concert at the Hard Rock Hotel and took a nice cab that they recommended. Uber was not readily available. great room and saved $250 by not staying at the Hard Rock.

A must to stay!

Unique hotel with a restaurant on site. On certain nights they offer live music and a rooftop bar. Just a short walk on State Street to other restaurants. About a 15 min drive to Bristol speedway. 20 minute drive to outlets.

The property and room were fantastic - well-designed, comfortable, and full of charm. We especially loved the record players in each room and the great collection of vinyls available in the lobby. It’s a unique touch that really made the stay feel special. The front desk staff was very pleasant, especially James, who gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do when we checked in. His friendly, helpful attitude really made a great first impression. Being in downtown Bristol, the parking was a bit unusual (split across two separate lots) but that’s to be expected in a city setting. With the central location also came some street noise and a bit of rowdiness from late-night crowds. Unfortunately, through no fault of the hotel, we had a concerning encounter with another guest who was clearly intoxicated or unstable. The front desk and security team responded quickly and professionally, helping keep us separated from the individual. When we made the decision to leave early around 12:30am, the security guard kindly escorted us to our car and kept watch as we packed up and hit the road. Despite the unexpected situation, we really appreciated the staff’s professionalism and support. This is a well-run property with unique character, and under different circumstances, we would’ve loved to stay longer.

Great hotel in downtown Bristol!

What a cute little hotel in the heart of downtown Bristol. The record player in the room was a treat and the music on the rooftop lounge was fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice adaptive reuse of an old mill, candy factory, and grocery building in this complex. The brick buildings gave great atmosphere, and the views were impressive. The themed hotel was fun, and the buildings are well-maintained. Very walkable to shops, restaurants, coffee in Bristol, and convenient to highways for travel/day trips. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was kind of pricy with limited options. We also ate dinner there (had BBQ) which was very good.
