Never, ever stay there!!!!! My wife

I stayed in a non-smoking room. However the customers next to me were outside late at night constantly smoking weed! The smoke and smells infiltrated my room causing me to feel sick (coughs and feeling/sounding congested. I mentioned it to the staff and asked for a refund since I had no choice, for my health sake, to check out which was the same day I checked in. They refused to give me a refund, not even a partial. I contacted hotels.com since that’s where I reserved the room. They called the Inn and was told I can’t get a refund. 😡. However, hotels.com said they would gladly give me a refund but it was ultimately in the hands of the Inn!!!!!!! I went back to the office to talk all this thru, still no refund!!! My stay was to be from Sunday - Wednesday. Not cool I had to sleep in my car over all of this!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

The bed was clean, but the room was in very poor condition as far as decor and general structure. The main reason for my poor rating is that this room had roaches. It was a smoking room and I didn’t mind the smell, but the bug situation made it almost impossible to sleep. The bed sheets may have been clean, but these bugs were in between the sheets and the comforter, and it made it almost impossible to feel comfortable enough in that room to sleep, and they were also crawling around in the bathtub. The person that greeted us when we checked in was a very sweet person and made a comment about the fact that the previous owners hadn’t done a lot that the right on the room was low and that’s the main reason that we stayed there to save money, but I’m not into bugs.

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful, but it was an awful experience overall. Paid for 2 nights and only stayed for 1. Killed two cockroaches the minute we walked in the door. The walls looked like they had blood splattered on them. The sheets had stuff on them and I wondered if they had been changed. The safety lock on the door was broken and we did not feel safe. There was a person next door blasting music with a huge confederate flag hanging on their wall and plastic covering their sheets....I seriously thought I was in a horror movie. Now maybe you understand why we drove 4.5hrs home in the middle of the night and willingly gave up what we paid, instead of staying there for 1 more night. NEVER STAY HERE.

The hotel was kind of ran down. Not happy with Hotels.com because they booked it from another hotel place that was better. The price of this hotel should be cut in half to make it worth it.

No shower curtain, no towels, no pillow covers. Not as described on site. No pool and no breakfast as offered. Not a place for children or families. If your looking for a place to just rest your head for the night then thats the only thing you will get out of staying there.

Needed up dating. For the price it could have been nicer. There was a shower and no matter what you did the bathroom flooded. Had three people in room and only two towels. one hand towel and two washclothes. Little disappointed.

It is full of migrates and section 8 housing. Rooms are dirty and discussing. The outside has trash every where. Lack of upkeep is telling as soon as you pull in. Plus they said we never paid through you so we left. So now I have $109 is limbo between you and them. Which is complete bs because they wanted me to pay full amount again. Do not recommend this place and should be off your travel list

The place is not anywhere I would want my dog to stay in. No pool on the property it had been filled with dirt sometime ago. Took 6 hours to fix the Door, the refrigerator and the tv. Mold in the bathroom and dirty sheets. Oh I forgot about the roaches Everywhere when you turned on the lights at night!

The bed was comfortable and the desk clerk was friendly. The hotel was nasty. Stairs hadn’t been swept in weeks bathroom was filthy and the wash cloths were stained. Floor of bathroom and bathtub were not clean. The desk chairs were very worn and stained. I will not stay here again. Hotel needs a total make over.
