Great location in Brisbane City, easy walk to shopping and heaps of eating options we were not able to use the outdoor pool due to building maintenance, which was a shame and not noted in website which would have been good to know when we booked we would stay here again

The location was great for exploring Brisbane CBD and South Bank. Our room was very old and run down. Didn’t feel very clean and had a horrible smell like old cigarette smoke. Now that we’re home I’m currently washing all of our clothes and struggling to get the smell out. The air conditioning vent was so dirty and coated in a thick dust so would have just been blowing dust into the room. The rest of the hotel seemed ok, the pool and gym etc. Not sure what the other rooms were like and if we just received a bad one.

Great location for the occasion I was in Brisbane for. The airconditioning was very noisy and at 11pm when I arrived back at the suite, I was to exhausted emotionally to request a room change. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Just perfect!

Decent location. Staff were friendly. View was decent. Room service available along with groceries on arrival if ordered (wasn’t aware of this when booking but probs would have used that service. Generally, the room was tired but everything worked and was maintained. Decent balcony. Biggest issue I had was the smell of drains. This was v strong and if we were staying for longer I would have requested something be done about it.

Comfortable upper level unit with great views. Rattling fan in the aircon was like a small jackhammer - fortunately, being winter, I could just turn it off. I would ask for a different room in the summer, though
