I thought it was a franchise of Shangri-la, but it wasn't. The quality of breakfast included wasn't mentioned before I made the booking. I found out about it after the booking that it will be just a boxed breakfast. It was really disappointing, The room was booked for three adults. The third bed was not appropriate for an adult. The money we paid was not worth for what we received.

Unfortunately I experienced once of the worst sleeps on that night that I stayed at the property. Not only was the bed uncomfortable, i was woken up at 4:08am by the TV in the bedroom coming on!? How?

The outside of the resort is starting to look a little “tired” but the room was fine. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite good. The continental breakfast, although simple, was quite adequate. The receptionist was very helpful.
