"We haven’t stayed here since Sheraton have taken over but are very happy to say that standards are still excellent. The hotel is in a great location and is immaculately clean, the rooms are a generous size and have everything you would need. The bar area is great for a drink or a coffee and all the staff are really helpful and friendly. The food options are limited but as the hotel is within a short walk of the city centre it doesn’t really matter. There is no parking at the hotel but plenty of options nearby. We used the Greenmarket car park and the hotel can validate your ticket to get a reduced rate (we only had to pay £5.20 for a 24hr stay) Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Dundee city centre "

"Checking in by the young lady ( forgot name) was not only simple but informative with good knowledge on parking options depending on our car usage. With its unique corridors, stairways and bowing dining room floor; this hotel has bags of charm and is complimented by the amazing, friendly and attentive staff. We chose to eat in the hotel as the steak night deal was impressive and the quality of the food and wine did not disappoint. "
