We had an excellent stay in Breckenridge. The location truly couldn’t be better, just steps to the slopes and an easy, short walk into downtown for restaurants and shopping. The condo was very well appointed, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was great.

Mostly wonderful

The location of this property is fantastic. Easily in walking distance to get to the slopes and Main St. Only complaints were some small inconveniences in the room — like no working bedside lights and other inoperable switches.

Location, Location, Location

This is the second time we have stayed in this studio condo at Peak 9 in Breck. It is the most affordable and perfectly located condo on the mountain. Ski in and out and use of all the amenities, this is a perfect get away for two. We took advantage of the fitness center this time - great facility. And you walk into town!! highly recommend.

The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The slopes and downtown were within easy walking distance. Less than a five minute walk to each. We also enjoyed the free underground heated parking. Plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The down town is flat so walking should be no problem for most people.
