We had great family vacation. We rented the penthouse and if was big and comfortable with nice balcony. The only negative thing was the check in dest is located around 3 miles away. I asked for extension for one more night but unfortunately the room was booked and mu request was rejected and i was asked to check out.

The room was good, the furniture was as hard as it could be. Very uncomfortable to sit on. I got 1 package of coffee for a 4 night stay. It was ok to spend the night but not homey or welcoming. I had 4 bathrooms and every one of them was extremely low, and in a narrow space.

Was told the room was ready to check in drove 10mins to the other location where the room was located unloaded all of our luggage to the 5th floor to just find out the room hadnt even been cleaned from the last person that stayed there had to reload all of our stuff and drive back to other location just for them to do the exact same thing again to us finally the 3rd time they found a clean room staff was terrible room was not a penthouse style room as described this place is a joke never stay here again wouldnt even leave the 1 star if i could leave a review without it!!!

The room was clean and comfortable! The parking lot cats are awesome! Gave us entertainment at the condo... The T.V. does need updated. It would have been nice to cast and watch our Hulu account...direct TV lacked. The staff at check in was super friendly.

It was a clean as spacious room and accommodated my families needs. The only thing that wasn’t pleasant is that the air wasn’t really working. It got up to 78 degrees and stayed warm until late, late evening. Other than that, it was great!!

The property and rooms were very clean, the front desk staff was great. The only issue I had with the entire trip was the “concierge” desk. They are not there to help you find events and attractions to see, they are there to try to sell you on a timeshare. After saying no thank you at least 6 times they continue to try and push you to sign up. They had finally given up after a few minutes and I thought I wouldn’t have to deal with it the rest of the trip, but I was mistaken. I received a call the next morning saying they had forgot to give me my parking pass so I need to come back to the concierge desk to receive one, while they were saying this to me over the phone I was looking directly at the parking pass hanging on my windshield. The actual staff of this property is great but the makeshift sales staff they have is a complete joke.

There was a fire check in the day and then that night the fire alarm went off. We had to leave the room and stand outside waiting for fire truck. Took about 30 min. No one from guest services even checked on us or offered an apology.
