Check in process was a little shaky. Our reservation wasn't listed when we checked in at the gate. Since it was a weekend, the HOA office wasn't open. Property management group came that day and provided paperwork for entrance to community. Make sure to make appointment with HOA for access to amenities. We liked how new the house was. Inside clean be lanai was very dirty with cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Reported to property management. No done. Loved the view of the pool and water behind it. Spent most of our time there. Big disappointment was that the spa with use of jets and the increased temperature is NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENTALS.. my mistake when booking that there is a separate icon for spa. I do feel that the description of the house and community is very thorough, but nothing was mentioned that the spa jets cannot be turned on and the temp of the water will only be the temp set for the pool. This omission felt a little deceptive. Especially when parties in the house are prohibited is listed three times but nothing about the spa. Ok, I'll get off my soap box. House is missing some basic items like: broom and dustpan, only dresser in bedrooms is in master, net for pool and additional kitchen essentials. Will not rent again because of the spa and we are looking for a more robust tennis community.Property management company did make contact with guard and make sure they have a copy of rental agreement after we called to let them know we werent listed at the f
