Welcome to Irynas Dream! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this lovely lakefront 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom plus den/bonus room home is located in Tara Preserve, where you are minutes away from the stunning Country Club.

Located in Tara Preserve, it will be sure to meet your every need! Want to enjoy the sun by the community pool or take a short drive to the white sandy beaches on Florida's Gulf Coast? Then this home is for you! This home is in the perfect location for Golfers, Shoppers, and Vacationers, with everything being just a short drive from the property.
This spacious home has a Tuscan exterior, lush foliage, and a private entrance. Upon entering, you will find a light and bright atmosphere. You will find the formal dining room with views of the outdoor paradise through the front foyer. There is a plush couch with two adjoining day chairs. Adjacent, you will find the formal dining room with seating for six. The gourmet kitchen has ample countertops, a desk, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. There is a small dining table for four by the kitchen. You will find the formal living room full of natural light. There are two plush couches, a recliner, and a Smart TV.

Your outdoor paradise awaits. There is a sizeable free-formed pool that is completely caged in. Enjoy the Florida sunshine in the chaise lounge overlooking the stunning lake. There is an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to six.

The primary bedroom awaits! This spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, a large dresser, a walk-in closet, and plenty of space to unwind. Attached is the primary bathroom, which is spa-inspired with two vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has a large vanity with a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and plenty of space for personal belongings. The bonus room/den has a large sofa and TV.

Comfy, cozy, and a perfect getaway!

We loved the lanai and heated pool! The house had such a cozy feel and we loved the three full baths and the spacious bedrooms. It was well appointed and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the use of the public golf course within .5 miles (our stay was on the 18th hole!) and the price for golf was super reasonable. Enjoyed playing pickleball on the neighborhood courts as well. Location right off of 75 was ideal and the strip mall with Publix and restaurants just up the street was wonderful. Wish it was available for next February…we definitely would have been repeat customers!

Great home and location

Overall everything was good. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The carpet could use a deep clean or replacement though. We stayed there for 7 weeks and it made a great winter getaway. The pool heater didn’t work so that made it unusable. Also there was no key fob provided to access the community pool or pickle ball courts.
