We were only passing through to sleep and break up our long drive. I didn’t catch the name of the lady (with red hair) at the front desk but she was awesome and super friendly! Breakfast in the morning was nice and had enough to choose from. I think it would be more convenient for the breakfast hours to be 6am-10am like a lot of other places (it was 5am-9am). The lobby area was really nice and I liked that they had a “lounge area”—a space with a couple of tables and rolling chairs—on our floor so my husband could attend to work business while we went to bed! The room was super clean and even my teenagers commented on how fresh it smelled. The beds are comfortable. We loved the Dove products in the bathroom. The bathroom was the only thing a bit dated with a stain in the tub and some mildew that around “not the best” caulking job outside the tub.

PROS: First impression of the hotel is stellar. The front desk staff is very kind, helpful and they always had a smile. Breakfast was delicious. Had a lot of options. Location was perfect for almost everywhere we went. Close to Target, Walmart, Multiple restaurants(we were given a 10% off Texas Roadhouse coupon when we checked in). They change sheets/towels daily if that’s something you’re looking for. Reasonably priced. CONS: We were given the wrong room, we upgraded so we would have space for our large family and were given a small room. They rectified that immediately (at 10pm). In our new room the bathroom floor was filthy and had crumpled toilet paper on the floor cleaned it when we got there so our kids could use it. When we used the shower the drain backed up and we were standing in 3” of water with hair coming out the drain that wasn’t ours. The next afternoon when we went to get our food out of the mini fridge we realized it was all hot as the mini fridge was frozen over. So all our trip food had to be tossed. We told the front desk about the fridge and drain and neither were fixed when we returned that evening. We would stay again in a pinch but will be seeking other accommodations for our next trip.

No Go!

Hotel was not clean. Stains on bedding, floors needed vacuumed, sleep sofa was too disgusting for anyone to sleep on so our three kids had to pile in one bed. Breakfast was lacking and we ended up leaving early. Would not recommend or stay here again. Disappointing!

We got catfished by the pics online. This hotel smelled horrible. Very strong animal urine smell in the hallway. Smelled so bad we had to hold our breath to walk through.

My favorite hotel ever! I loved the king suite. The only difficulty we had was that our keys wouldn't work on the last morning, even after the front desk re-set it.
