Disappointing Experience – Keep Looking We chose this property over a less expensive option specifically because it offered two beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with one king bed and a twin pull-out couch—for four people. The hotel made no real effort to resolve the issue, simply stating they were fully booked without even checking, despite us seeing multiple unoccupied rooms being cleaned. Their only solution was offering an air mattress. Beyond that, the elevator was concerning in both appearance and sound, and the pool was drained and dirty. There are better options in Bowling Green at a better price—keep shopping!

We had a great experience here! Safe area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We slept through the night and it was very quiet! A/C worked. Breakfast was good. Definitely our best stay yet and would stay here again!

Room was dirty - we’ve told ‘horror’ series of this stay in conversations since. There was the leaky toilet, the gum on the register, the dirty sofa and sheets with holes for the sofa bed. Oh did I forget to mention the greased up handprint above the bed on the headboard. My family was not impressed and it was a terrible way to start our vacation.

Perfect for larger families!

Front desk staff and dining room staff were super friendly and helpful. With a family of six, it can be a challenge to find a hotel with enough space to allow for some space. This is perfect!

I'm not sure of the older gentlemans name working breakfast this morning, but he was great. Made us laugh, informed us about social hour days, took care of our trash when we didn't ask he just offered. Such a great guy the world needs more friendly faces like him:)

A lovely good time.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Staybridge Suites! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing night together. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere—it was the perfect getaway for us. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The amenities were top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
