This spacious and comfortable detached guesthouse is in an idyllic location: just minutes from downtown Boulder in a beautiful, rustic countryside neighborhood! And it's got everything you need to be at home away from home.

Park your car safely in the garage and go up the stairs to your private living area with a view of Boulder's iconic flatiron mountains and a Roku flatscreen TV, office nook, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms: a queen bed in one, two doubles in the other.

Perfect for families!

Please note:
We live next door on the property. While we are an older couple, we have a lot of grandchildren who visit and may be running around outside.

We reserve the right to access the garage during your stay as we use it for storage and a workspace. However, we promise to respect your privacy.
