Freezing room with unproper heating system. Front desk was supposed to be staffed until 7pm, nobody there after 2 pm. Calls to the number provided and messages to the whatsapp contact provided by the property were never answered. You need to have the basics covered if you want to be a hotel, let alone a "boutique" hotel. Avoid like the plague.

Charming and very comfortable, our room had a balcony, a fantastic shower, and wonderful bedding and pillows. The only note is that the exposed beams and sloping ceiling could pose a challenge for the extra tall.

A fantastic small hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very well fitted out. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great hotel in a great location.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend. Staff went above and beyond in every way. The room aesthetic was beautiful, comfortable bed, great shower and towels, convenient kitchenette area. Only drawback was there is no onsite parking. Parking garage located about 5 min walk.

We did like the hotel, but our room had a bad small that lasted the duration of our stay (2 days) and seemed to be only in our room (not in the corridor) it seemed like a sewage smell or mouse trap. It was unfortunate as the hotel, staff and location were great otherwise.

This is a special property. High end boutique, personalized concierge service 24/7. Quiet property that is an oasis after walking around Bordeaux with lots of people in the streets. Rooms and suites are modernized and everything works. Really comfortable beds - I slept like a baby. Centrally located for easy access to transportation or walking to all the sights. The only suggestion I would have is for the hotel to put in a common area where one can relax outdoors with a bottle of wine. Otherwise, everything was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, well styled, friendly staff

Staff were accommodating, although the local knowledge lacked when we were advised to leave the city centre for our restaurant reservations (it was actually a 10min walk from the hotel). The bathroom was small, and requires some maintenance particularly around the shower seals. The room we were allocated had no option for privacy when setting up for breakfast which was an uncomfortable ‘dance’ between us and the staff. The room itself is well styled, clean, and with aircon. The hotel is well located.

We booked expecting a higher end boutique based on the cost. The hotel does not live up to expectations and is not a good value. I’ll offer the highlights: our room was located next to a public bathroom. Walls are thin if you understand me. There is a public courtyard that looks directly into our room. No privacy. The extra bed for my daughter was an old pull out couch. The mattress was one you would never sleep on at home. One final comical highlight…the door doesn’t lock when closed. The front desk showed us a magic trick to hold the handle and key in a certain way to get the door to lock. I never figured it out….my daughter got the hang of it eventually. Safe to say….not a good value.

Wonderful boutique hotel!

Charming converted hotel. Great service. Breakfast is served in your suite which is really convenient and adds a touch of luxury to the service. Its a boutique hotel so possesses a charm not found in chain hotels.

The property has absolutely no parking available not even to check in. Public parking is far and hard to reach specially with luggage. The hotel smelled strongly like sewer lines and if there were issues we were not informed in advance so we can book anotjer hotel . We had to sleep with all the windows open, even so the smell was very bad, and its very very noisy at nigh. The floors are very uneven, and the rooms are so small you can barely walk around. If it was listed less stars i would understand but at the price level and stars advertised its completely unacceptable.
