It was a decent place to stay. We only stayed one night. Only complaint was the beds, they were really hard. Breakfast was pretty good. It had a variety of items and the staff that was doing breakfast, was really nice . She made sure everything was kept up and clean.

I love staying here when I visit my daughter at App state. Always clean and easy to find close parking. I especially like Stacey at the front desk. Shes super friendly and kind.

This was my third stay at this hotel. It is very convenient to Appalachian State University and my son's dorm. The breakfast is good. During the first two stays my room was on the back side and quiet. This time it was on the front and traffic woke me many times. Only 17 rooms were occupied, so I don't know why they placed me there. I will always ask for a room in back during future stays.

Too much snow around side door asked for a handicap with a showers d did not get one- when got seen had a bath went and asked to change but wasn’t any- booked through Expedia and not them so I can change parents 92-93 so could not shower

They gave us a key to a room where someone already had their things in. So we had to be move to another room. I ask the lady at front desk if they had a hot tub, her reply no this ain’t that type of hotel!

The halls, elevator were so dirty. The beds are not comfortable. There were spider webs in the lamps, the bathroom was barely cleaned. We asked for room service and they never came when they said they would.

Everything was lovely. Not sure it would be cost effective for the hotel but a non-dairy milk alternative (soy, oat, almond) would accommodate those who are lactose intolerant.

Arrived at our room and settled in for the night. Locked the door and put the guard lock in place. Next morning realized the door doesn't lock because the plate on the door jam was not in right place.Was assigned another room. Did not offer to help move. Very disappointed with the service.
