"Initially during check-in, the experience was good. But at night around 10:00lm, the AC stopped blowing cold air; my husband called the front desk for it to be checked out and posibly repaired, my husband was told some one was coming. Up until 5:00am during exiting the hotel, no one showed up to repair the Air Conditioning. The room was very hot, the lobby sitting area had mosquitoes during the night. We did not expect such from this reputable hotel. Greetings,"

"Extremely disappointing stay — listing is highly inaccurate We spent 13 nights here for our honeymoon and were deeply disappointed. The property listing is very misleading: it claims there are six pools, but there is only one small pool (with no deck chairs or seating) and no garden area at all. The amenities were equally poor. The washer and dryer were broken, and we were only provided with one bath towel for two people—no hand towels or face cloths or even a dish towel were available. The kitchen was barely functional, with an incomplete set of pots, cutlery, and utensils. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was unacceptable; the walls, windows, and kitchen counters were all visibly dirty. We expected a much higher standard for such a special occasion. You will also need to speak fluent French to have any type of conversation with staff."
