Check in/out clerk was snippy and not accommodating. Felt like I was inconveniencing her. Room carpet was worn beyond repair. Tub did not drain. Marginal hot water in shower. Breakfast was a joke. Never again.

A little disappointed, being that I have booked this hotel in the past. After leaving for the day, they didnt clean the room, I returned in the evening and had to request towels and was told they dont have any and are still in the process of cleaning them and would not be available till 9am the next day. Went down to get coffee in the am, and the creamers were all bad. After notifying staff, they did not remove, and another occupant had the same issue. Hair dryer in room was also not functional. Hotel was ok, but a lot of little things are not maintained and kept up on.

I rate a room on how comfortable I was while away from home and how well I was able to sleep. As soon as you walk into this room you're hit with a pungent damp odor. It got so bad during the night my throat became worse and sore and I woke all night trying to breathe from a stuffy nose and sore throat which went away about an hour after I left. I'm also glad I bought socks because this floor is unhygienic to walk on. Most of the carpet is missing there is a wet spot on the ceiling that you can tell has been a while and just going in. The walls are so damp the wallpaper is peeling off. The bed itself and the pillows were comfortable and nice. The shower was so cold or I could do is get my hair wet and get out. Yes I double checked about four times to make sure that was the hot setting because the cold setting was like icicles so the hot setting was warm enough to get wet but still left your shivering. Breakfast was typical but I will not be staying here again

This property needs serious cosmetic upgrades. Rugs stained, peeling wallpaper, broken plaster, and rust. The ice machine’s have been broken for months. The shuttle ends at 3:00 so $$$ to get from Islip.

I was very disappointed. Stayed here before with no issues. But this time - the beds were terrible they were lop sided, couldn’t get extra pillows, couldn’t get extra towels was told I’d have to bring my towels down to exchange for new ones. The worst part is I’m booked here again at the end of June and already paid for it. I can’t cancel or get a refund.

The rooms are in need of updating and carpeting in the hallways. Everything looks worn and not in a good way. Attention to details would make the overall appearance of the hotel better. The breakfast compared to other La Quinta's was way below in offerings. Also Three pillows for a king size bed is not enough or acceptable.
