3BR, 3BA House

This is a Monroe County gem of a house! Whether you are here for IU game or to visit your college student, this cabin is a great location.

Due to the long, uphill gravel drive, we do recommend a 4-wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle in inclement weather.

This unique home is a 2 story house and the main level has a sunroom, huge eat in kitchen, dining room and living room with a Smart TV (fiber provided but bring your own programming). There is also a full bath on this level. Just off the living room is a patio with a charcoal grill. Look to the right and you will find the 4 person hot tub waiting for you to relax in!

Upstairs is where you will find all bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and the master bath has a clawfoot tub with separate shower. Then there are 2 more bedrooms (1 queen bed and the other has 2 singles) that share a hall bath that has a tub/shower combo. On this upper level is a massive deck overlooking the large yard and wood line.

On the upper level has an air hockey game for your enjoyment and a corner chair/table combo with a checker set.

Outdoor there is a large yard with a firepit, a short trail back into the woods with a long distance view and a barn (interior is off limits) with a great covered deck area for your use.

Please come and make this house your "go to" for all things IU and GO HOOSIERS!!!

This house is about 10 minutes to the IU campus or 20 minutes to the Quaint little town of Nashville in beautiful Brown County, Indiana.

Beautiful home, drive your AWD/4x4

1. We brought our AWD vehicle and were thankful for it. There was slippage on the way down while it was raining.2. Bring night lights for your children. It is pitch black at night.3. The property management will send you documents that say you need to bring toilet paper, paper towel, etc. Just bring Kleenex, if you use it. They provide the rest.4. The sound carries to the 2nd floor from the 1st. We had sound machines for our children so we didn't disturb them after we put them down.5. Wifi went out while we were there and we had little reception, fyi.6. They have an ice maker.But really, so peaceful, clean, and a beautiful home. We played football on the lawn and took a walk down part of the trail. You can see the stars better than you can from in the city where we live so we took the children out at night to see the constellations. It's little things like that that made the trip more memorable.Thank you for sharing your home with us!
