No one at front desk when we arrived. Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. Heat didn’t work, took an hour to get it started. Then heat wouldn’t turn off. Room was 80 degrees over night. Repeatedly called front desk for help, no one answered. Supposed to be 24 hr front desk service.

I had a great stay only because the reservationist at the Hotel was able to find me a room that Hotels.com failed to reserve with the Biddle Hotel. I had made a reservation through Hotels.com weeks in advance. However, for whatever reason, the Biddle Hotel had no record of it under my name or the reservation number that Hotels.com had given me.
