Check in was very easy and the staff were great. Only one elevator by check in was working, so getting to the room took a little more time. They elevators were also quite small, so it was easier to take the stairs. The room was perfect and all of the IU additions made it fun.

I have stayed there a couple of times and this last time, I was not happy with my stay, kids running around in the hallway in the middle of night, called front desk and issue was not resolved. Great place, just wish parents can show some manners to their kids.

Great stay! Lots to do, they had a trivia night downstairs in "The Vault," which was cool. Easy walk to the university, great place to stay when visiting your college student. Very nice property!
