The rate of $200+ per night is way overboard. This "hotel" has not been updated since the 70's, and it feels cheap. It is NOT a hotel I would ever bring my wife to, and she is not fancy. I would say $70-$80/night is appropriate...$220? No way.

I was shocked at how dirty the floors in my room were, and generally unclean all around. The bed sheets were clean, but pilled from so many washings. And there was severe price gouging because of a homecoming football game at IU. It was the only place I could get a room a month before my trip.

seemed nice at first pool/spa ( no spa) room didn't have any cable couldn't watch tv. the carpet was dirty the tile was sticky there was a funny smell around the deb i would sleep in my car before staying there again

The property is very dated and needed better cleaning. Our tub was ringed with red/pink mold and seemed to have stains from maybe a self tanner inside it. It got the job done for the very busy Parents Weekend but I would not choose to return.
