Amazing hotel
"We had an amazing stay. The food, the staff, and the whole vibe of the decor are incredible. What a cozy, lovely spot. I know the harsh winters can be hard in a property, but I would suggest they do some minor maintenance (wood paneling on private outdoor onsen area, rust on private porch railing, ..."

"The Niseko Ski Lodge lives up to its name--a rustic ski lodge. The staff were super friendly, and international. Upstairs rooms mostly share a bath, but we had a room with a private bath. Travelocity Verified Review
"It was off peak season. So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around.
Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English.
Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous with young child around.
Since this hotel also has onsen facilities, we got to experience Japanese bath and hot spring water.
Breakfast and dinner were included in our package. Dinner was great with wide variety of food. Breakfast selection could be better."
