This location is a bit out of the way (6 miles) from I-65, but so worth the extra few minutes. It is a safe and pretty area, in a corporate business district. This location has lots of dining and shopping choices. The staff were all very nice and personable. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. The included breakfast was better than a typical continental breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

NEED REFUND FOR THIS STAY

I booked this in error as I was trying to extend my stay at the Marriott Fairfield Inn, as I was suffering from extreme food poisoning and wasn't able to depart as planned. When I contacted Hotels. com I was told they couldn't help getting me a refund. i would appreciate better follow-up from Hotels.com to issue me a credit for this stay. If you check my history, you will find a duplicate booking for same night at my preferred hotel. Please refund

They were unprepared for the hotel to be filled up for the bowl game the city was hosting. They did not have staff to run the breakfast and were out of most of the foods. The desk clerk was having to run back and forth to go heat food to bring out, wash dishes and utensils, etc.
