Staff was very friendly. Room has a character, confy bed. Car park is quite far but you can park next to reception for loading/unloading. Breakfast was great with so many options. Only negative thing I'd say is they are charging €6 when you order food to room which is quite high I think.

Great Location. Staff were lovely and breakfast was very good. Hotel was clean and accommodating. I gave 3 stars because the bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. This is very important for me when I travel. Only for this reason I wouldn’t come back. Everything else was perfect.

The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups.
