The eco-friendly Gruppenhaus Drei at Seminarhof Mollandur offers plenty of space for up to 21 guests over two floors. You'll find a spacious common area with a sleeping nook for 3, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, children's books, and toys are available. Enjoy table tennis for entertainment. Families have access to a baby cot and high chair. Bed linen sets are available for an extra charge. This property is not recommended for workers.

The sustainable estate offers a shared outdoor area with fire pit and seating, three covered terraces, a theater with party tent, sauna, and hot tub. Free parking is available. Families, groups of friends, and companies are welcome; please supervise children at all times. Up to two pets are allowed, available for an extra fee.
