We and many other guests were watching an important football match and it was half way through when the channel was switched over by the entertainments manager who said that another guest had asked him to do it earlier. Despite protests from the vast majority of watchers it was switched over to suit the request of one person. It was unfair to the majority. We left the building to watch at another hotel. "
