"No one at reception and sign asks customers to call for staff to arrive for check-in. However, for anyone who has only data but unable to make local phone calls. It’s very inconvenient. The same happened when I was checking out which you have to contact staff to arrive since there is never any staff ..."

"Our room was offered including city view and bathtub, which was not at the end. They could do a bit more with cleaning and maintenance. Trying to charge extra for a pillow is not acceptable."

"It was a unique place to stay. It was a small hotel with few amenities but a pleasant stay. The beds were a thin piece of foam that was tolerable but not what I’m used to. More like hostel beds. Nice patio to have coffee or a beverages"
